Incoterm is confirmed before production. Pack list and voltage labels ship with the crate.
We do not install
Local install is your contractor. We can mark studs and send a short install note.
Listing is extra
Whole-sign certification, wind-load calcs and outdoor-ad permits are quoted separately or done locally.
What voltage should I write on the RFQ?
Destination first: 230 V / 50 Hz for EU, UK and AU; 120 V / 60 Hz for the US. We print the chosen voltage on the crate and the driver. If the site is 277 V or mixed, say so on the quote request.
Can you ship a CE or UL mark on the finished letters?
Only when that job is quoted with the matching file or listing path. Module-level marks are not the same as listing the assembled sign.
Hong Kong?
Hong Kong jobs usually follow the UK / 220–230 V crate unless the drawing says otherwise. Write the site voltage on the RFQ.
