Will acrylic yellow outdoors?
We specify UV-stable sheet for outdoor jobs. Cheap extruded sheet is indoor-only.
How do full-lit letters stay even?
Opal face, correct module pitch, and a white or PVC backer. We send a lit sample photo before ship.
Can I mix acrylic with metal?
Yes — stainless face / acrylic return is a common hybrid.
Minimum stroke width?
Depends on height and lighting. Very thin scripts may need a metal build instead.
How is the artwork applied to an acrylic panel?
Two ways. Silk screen printed to the back of the panel in Pantone-matched inks, or laminated print film behind the acrylic. Both keep the ink behind the sheet so it cannot be rubbed off. Thickness, cut outline and fixing are quoted per job.
