How long does fabrication take?
Lead time is written on the quote after we see artwork, size, finish and destination. Simple letter sets are faster than lit wayfinding or large pylons.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. Crates go out as export freight. Incoterm, voltage labels and a pack list are confirmed on the quote.
What files do you need?
AI, PDF or CAD with fonts outlined, plus letter height, Pantone or metal finish, indoor or outdoor, and the mounting surface.
Is there a minimum order?
We quote per job, not a published carton MOQ. A single letter set is fine if the drawing is clear.
Who installs the signs?
We fabricate and pack. Local install is usually by your contractor; we can mark studs and send a simple install note.
Can you match a brand colour?
Yes via 2-pac paint or plated tone samples. Raw mirror or brushed metal keeps the mill colour.
Export build sheet — Voltage, IP and crate marks for EU, UK, US and AU. Not a certificate.
