FASTSIGNS International, Inc., a leading global franchisor specializing in signs and visual graphics, held its thirteenth annual Outside Sales Summit from August 10 to 12 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The event was attended by over 596 individuals, including attendees, corporate personnel, and exhibitors.
Themed “Rev It Up,” the FASTSIGNS 2023 Outside Sales Summit celebrated the sales accomplishments of the network between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023. The awards ceremony recognized 269 Outside Sales Professionals, with 56 of them receiving the prestigious Platinum Award for achieving over $1 million in individual sales during the twelve-month period. Furthermore, fifty individuals became Certified FASTSIGNS Sales Executives after successfully completing a rigorous certification program during the same period, making it a record-breaking year for the network.
Angela Allison from FASTSIGNS® of Lancaster, Pennsylvania received the Catherine Monson Salesperson of the Year Award for this year. This award, presented for the fifth consecutive year, acknowledges the Outside Sales Professional who best embodies the principles and values of the FASTSIGNS brand, both in the business community and within the FASTSIGNS network.
Andrea Hohermuth, president of FASTSIGNS International, Inc., expressed her enthusiasm about the thirteenth Outside Sales Summit in Indianapolis, stating, “This year’s event was truly exciting for FASTSIGNS attendees, and it was especially memorable for me as my first summit as president of FASTSIGNS. We commend the outstanding achievements of our sales professionals and have presented the highest number of awards to date.”

The summit featured notable speakers such as Walter Bond, an accomplished author, advisor, and catalyst, whose talk centered around “Having a Shark Mindset to Achieve Peak Performance.” Mike Weinberg, a best-selling author and award-winning sales leader, shared his insights on “A Foolproof Framework to Win More New Sales.”
Various other speakers covered compelling topics, including leveraging AI to enhance the sales process, utilizing data to improve sales performance, creating an effective sales toolkit, optimizing lead capture and conversion, and informative roundtable discussions.
Aside from the summit activities, participants from FASTSIGNS® franchises, along with their employees and vendors, as well as FASTSIGNS International, Inc. corporate staff, took part in the FASTSIGNS Community Giveback event called “Breakfast with a Purpose.” They collaborated to assemble 200 care packages for hospitalized and homeless veterans at the Indianapolis VA Medical Center.
